What to expect during Movement Sessions

We offer coaching sessions for athletic teams in both three-session and six-session packages to suit different season lengths and team requirements. We know how quickly the season can pass, so our aim is to make this resource fit smoothly into your schedule, offering sessions before or after practice to minimize disruption to training time.

Our three-session model illustrates how we structure the sessions. If you choose a longer commitment, we will follow the same framework but spend additional time focusing on specific areas where the team needs the most improvement.

Movement Options

  • Mobility

    From start to finish our goal is to provide tools that are driven by what your players and team needs. Prior to the first coaching session each player and coach will complete a brief questionnaire that will determine the area of focus for our group sessions.

    The initial session will be learning the results of the questionnaire, intro to breath and its connection to your nervous system and how to use it to create physical/mental reset. Followed by setting individual and team goals for the season to start building a solid foundation.

  • Mobility & Meditation Combo

    Our final session will take place prior to sections as a way to gear up mentally and physically.

  • Strength & Conditioning

    Prior to session two mindset coaches will meet with each player individually to confirm goals and be provided with tools to start working on.

    As a group, we will practice 2-3 strategies and set daily goals to practice the tools. Followed by a guided meditation using 5 senses as a grounding technique.
