What to expect
Movement sessions are 30–45 minutes and can be tailored to the needs of individuals or groups.
Each session begins with a brief physical check-in to assess how the body is moving and identify focus areas. From there, we target commonly overused and high-impact areas of the body to create the greatest return in mobility, recovery, and performance.
Sessions typically start with myofascial release or active stretching paired with breath awareness to support nervous system regulation and prepare the body to move more efficiently. This is followed by activation work designed to build stability, improve control, and support better overall movement patterns.
Movement services can be offered as mobility sessions, mobility with meditation, or strength and conditioning, depending on your goals and needs.

Mobility and meditation sessions combine movement, breath, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation and recovery for both mind and body. Through myofascial release, stretching, and gentle activation, these sessions reduce tension, restore balance, and build resilience.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning sessions are designed to build power, stability, and functional strength through intentional movement and progressive training. Sessions may include yoga sculpt, power yoga, and functional strength work to improve endurance, control, and overall performance.
