My coaching is built around a simple three-step process: Awareness, Body Regulation and Mindset Tools.
Grounded in research on neuroscience and nervous system regulation, this approach recognizes that lasting change happens when the body and mind work together. By combining body-based practices with practical mindset strategies, I help clients build resilience, overcome barriers, and create sustainable change.
What to Expect
Coaching sessions are available for individuals, small groups, or teams and are customized to meet your unique goals and needs. Most sessions are 30–45 minutes, depending on the group size and focus.
Each session follows a simple, research-informed framework that connects the body and mind. We begin by exploring what mindset is, how the brain creates patterns, and how you can intentionally train your mind just as you train your body.
From there, we focus on three key areas:
Awareness – Learning to recognize thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while improving focus and presence.
Body Regulation – Using breath work, movement and nervous system regulation techniques to create a foundation for learning and growth.
Mindset Tools – Applying practical strategies based on your individual or team's goals to build resilience, confidence, and lasting change.
As trust and self-awareness develop, sessions become more personalized and can explore these concepts in greater depth. While every coaching experience is tailored to the individual or group, each session follows this consistent framework to create meaningful, measurable and sustainable growth.
