Mobility & Meditation Combo
Meditation is used to aid with system wide rest that can aid with physical and mental recovery. There are a variety of ways to meditation, our approach focuses on Sound Bowl Healing, Athletic Recovery, Visualization and Mindfulness. Meditation is offered as a stand alone offering and can also be incorporated into our other movement and mindset modalities. Benefits include,

Strength & Conditioning (yoga, resistance training)
Yoga that focuses on balance, stability and building strength in smaller muscles of the body that are often not targeted during weight training/sport specific training. The benefits of yoga are,
